When do plan changes take effect?

Upgrades apply immediately and you're charged the prorated difference right away. Your remaining credits are kept, and the difference between the two plans' monthly credits is added instantly. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, after the current period ends — until then you keep your current plan (for yearly plans, until the next renewal). You can cancel a scheduled change any time before it applies.

What are credits?

Credits are the shared unit consumed by generative AI features like image, video, and music generation. The cost depends on the model and options (resolution, length, etc.), and the estimated credits are shown before you generate.

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

No. Paid-plan credits reset to your plan's monthly allowance every month (including yearly billing), and unused credits don't carry over. The Free plan comes with one-time trial credits at signup.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. After canceling you keep access until the end of the current billing period, then your account switches to the Free plan.
